Seyare sells mobile, residential and server proxies in two billing shapes. Pay-per-use plans charge for traffic actually moved, with a separate rate for each network. Unlimited daily plans charge a flat rate per day for unlimited traffic across all three networks, limited instead by the number of concurrent TCP connections. The provider describes its network as self-owned. No pool size, country count or country list is published, so none is on record here.
These specifications are provider-stated and were read from its own pages on 17 September 2026. Mobile addresses come from 3G/4G/5G operator networks; residential addresses can be static or dynamic; server addresses are the datacentre option. SOCKS5 and HTTP(S) are supported. Targeting is documented at country, region or state, city and ASN or provider level. IP rotation can happen on request or automatically. Each proxy can carry its own cost, traffic and date limits, which is a useful guard against a runaway bill on metered plans. Concurrency is the distinctive part of the offer: pay-per-use plans have unlimited TCP connections, while the unlimited daily plans allow 75, 500 or 1,000. The refund policy is strict: requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, unlimited plans are non-refundable, and approved refunds are processed within 14 days. Support is through a Telegram bot, with priority support reserved for an Enterprise plan. Not on record: pool size, country coverage, uptime figures, authentication methods and accepted payment methods.
Metered traffic is USD 5.5 per GB for mobile and USD 3 per GB for both residential and server addresses. Those three share a unit and compare directly; it is unusual for residential and datacentre traffic to cost the same, and a buyer who only needs server addresses will find cheaper per-GB rates elsewhere. The unlimited daily plans start at USD 1.9 per day with 75 concurrent TCP connections. A per-day price cannot be compared with a per-GB price as a number: which is cheaper depends entirely on how much data moves in a day and how many connections the job opens at once.
The daily unlimited plans suit short, heavy jobs where traffic is large but parallelism is modest, because the cost is fixed regardless of volume. The metered plans suit intermittent use where the per-proxy cost and traffic limits keep spending predictable. City and ASN targeting fits localised testing and advertising checks. It does not suit buyers who need to know the size or geography of the network before buying, anyone who wants a refund window longer than 24 hours, or teams that expect ticketed or live-chat support.
Ask which countries each network covers and how many addresses are available in the ones you need, since nothing is published. Ask what happens when a job exceeds the connection limit on an unlimited plan: whether connections are queued, dropped or blocked. Confirm the accepted payment methods and the authentication options. Ask what self-owned means in practice for the residential and mobile addresses. Clarify whether a first-deposit bonus can be used on unlimited plans, given that those plans are otherwise non-refundable.
This assessment is editorial analysis of the sourced facts recorded on this page. Specifications, pricing and coverage are provider-stated and dated in the panels above. No controlled performance test has been run against this provider.
A derived score covering how well documented, how competitively priced, how widely available and how recently checked this provider is. It is not a speed test and not a user rating — both of those appear separately, and neither is invented when it is missing.
7 of 12 key specifications documented with a source and a date.
A provider that publishes its own specifications can be held to them. One that does not is asking to be taken on trust.
Too few providers price in this unit to make a fair comparison.
Compared only against providers billing in the same unit.
No country list on record, so this is not scored.
Counted from the countries the provider itself lists.
Sells mobile, residential, datacentre.
One account covering several proxy types is worth something when a job turns out to need a different one.
Last checked against the provider's own pages 1 month ago.
Proxy pricing and pool claims change without notice, so an old check is worth less than a recent one.
2 components could not be scored because the data behind them is missing. They are left out of the total rather than counted as zero — not knowing something is not the same as it being bad. No part of this score is influenced by affiliate commission.
These are the provider's own published statements, recorded with the page and date they were read from. They are not controlled test results.

Prices were read from the provider's official pricing page on the date shown; promotional discounts are noted rather than treated as the base price. Superseded prices are kept in history.
Pre-filled with this provider's cheapest recorded rate, $3.00 per GB, checked 17 Sep 2026. Rates on record run up to $5.50 per GB on other plans, so check which tier applies to you. Change either field to estimate your own monthly cost.
A derived calculation from your inputs, not a quote. Bandwidth pricing often falls at higher commitment tiers, and overage is billed separately by most providers — confirm on the provider's own order page before committing.
Exit availability, targeting granularity, physical PoP location and observed test matches are recorded separately. A global pool claim is never shown as country-specific supply.
Ratings are unverified accounts from visitors, kept separate from the evidence on the rest of this page and from the ProxyMojo Score. One rating per person. Comments are read before they appear, and a rating found to have been planted is removed rather than quietly discounted.
