Best proxies for Instagram

Session stability matters more than raw pool size here. Matching favours mobile and residential IPs with recorded sticky-session support.

Ranked from 80 assessed provider profiles. Commission never affects the order — the score is match quality, evidence completeness and price.

What to weigh up

Editorial

Works in your favour

  • Mobile and residential IPs match how the platform is genuinely used
  • Sticky sessions let one identity keep one IP
  • Providers in this class usually sell small allocations, suiting a handful of accounts

Catches people out

  • Sharing an IP across accounts links them, and action against one can reach the others
  • Mobile bandwidth is expensive relative to what you are actually transferring
  • Automation is against the platform's terms regardless of the IP used

Setting it up

Editorial

One IP per account, held consistently. That single rule prevents more problems than any provider choice.

Prefer mobile or residential IPs and keep the exit country consistent with the account's stated location — an account that logs in from three continents in a day is conspicuous.

Warm new identities slowly. Volume from a brand-new account is a stronger signal than the IP behind it, and no proxy compensates for it.

Questions people ask

Editorial
How many accounts per proxy?
One is the safe answer. Multiple accounts on one IP are trivially linkable, so action taken against one can reach the rest.
Will a proxy stop my account being banned?
No. A proxy changes the network path, not the behaviour. Bans usually follow from activity patterns, and those are unaffected by where the traffic appears to originate.

How this page is put together

Method

Providers are matched by their own recorded product types and specifications, then ordered by how well they match, how much of their profile is backed by evidence, and price. Affiliate payout is not an input to that score, and no provider can pay to appear.

A provider whose outbound link has been withheld — a dead domain, or one that has been seized — is excluded entirely, because recommending it would send you somewhere we would not link to.
