Coverage claims are the provider's own global statements — never treated as verified country-specific supply.
LightningProxies sells six proxy lines: rotating residential, a flat-rate unlimited residential product, mobile, static ISP, datacentre and IPv6. Residential and mobile bill per GB; ISP bills per IP; IPv6 bills per month with a bandwidth allowance; unlimited residential and datacentre are configured by throughput or proxy count and have no single published entry price. The provider states 20M+ residential IPs, 5M+ on the unlimited residential network, 500k+ mobile IPs and 15,000+ datacentre IPs. It publishes country lists per product, and this directory holds 55 countries on record across them.
The specifications are provider-stated and were read from its own pricing pages on 18 September 2026. HTTP and SOCKS5 are supported, with user:pass and IP-whitelist authentication and a stated limit of 50 whitelisted IPs. Sessions are sticky or rotating, and ISP addresses are static. Targeting differs sharply by product, which matters when choosing: residential and mobile reach country, state, city and ISP level, while ISP, datacentre and IPv6 lines target by country only. Coverage differs the same way: 195 countries for residential, 50+ for mobile, 20+ for ISP and 6 datacentre locations. Threads are unrestricted on residential and mobile, capped at up to 2,500 on datacentre and up to 10,000 on IPv6. Unlimited proxy users are included. The provider names the source of its ISP addresses, which few do: ASN providers including AT&T, Comcast, Lumen and Frontier. A public API and a Chrome extension are offered, support is 24/7 live chat, and a free residential trial is available on request through that chat rather than self-service. A 99.9% uptime figure is stated and has not been verified here. Not on record: how residential and mobile IPs are sourced, a refund policy, payment methods, and traffic expiry terms.
Residential traffic starts at USD 4.5 per GB and mobile at USD 5 per GB, each on a one-time 1 GB plan; larger plans carry lower per-GB rates, so those are ceilings. ISP proxies are stated from USD 4 per IP on a 30-day term. IPv6 starts at USD 20 per month for a 100 GB plan. These are three different units and cannot be ranked against each other as numbers. The unlimited residential and datacentre lines are priced by a configurator whose displayed total does not say which options it reflects, so no price is recorded for either rather than a guess. Among the 30 providers in this directory that also bill per IP, LightningProxies is cheaper than 17% of them on its ISP entry rate.
This fits teams that want every proxy type from one supplier and that start small: a 1 GB residential or mobile plan is a low-risk way to test a target. City and ISP targeting on residential and mobile suits SERP monitoring, ad verification and localised scraping. The static ISP line, with named upstream carriers and a published country list, suits account work that needs a stable identity. It is a weaker fit for buyers who need city-level targeting on static or datacentre addresses, since those lines are country-only, and for anyone who needs documented residential sourcing, a written refund policy or a self-service trial before buying.
Ask how residential and mobile peers are sourced and whether they consent, since only the ISP line names its origin. Ask for the full price ladder on unlimited residential and datacentre for the throughput, proxy count and duration you need. Confirm the refund terms and how long purchased traffic remains valid. Check whether the 50 whitelisted IPs limit applies per account or per product. Ask what the trial includes and how long approval through live chat takes.
This assessment is editorial analysis of the sourced facts recorded on this page. Specifications, pricing and coverage are provider-stated and dated in the panels above. No controlled performance test has been run against this provider.
A derived score covering how well documented, how competitively priced, how widely available and how recently checked this provider is. It is not a speed test and not a user rating — both of those appear separately, and neither is invented when it is missing.
9 of 12 key specifications documented with a source and a date.
A provider that publishes its own specifications can be held to them. One that does not is asking to be taken on trust.
USD 4.50 per GB — cheaper than 17% of the 30 providers billing in this unit.
Compared only against providers billing in the same unit, so a per-GB rate is never ranked against a per-IP one.
55 countries on record.
Counted from the countries the provider lists. Weighted so the difference between a handful and dozens counts for more than the difference between many and slightly more.
Sells datacentre, isp, mobile, residential.
One account covering several proxy types is worth something when a job turns out to need a different one.
Last checked against the provider's own pages 1 month ago.
Proxy pricing and pool claims change without notice, so an old check is worth less than a recent one.
No part of this score is influenced by affiliate commission.

Pre-filled with this provider's cheapest recorded rate, $4.50 per GB, checked 18 Sep 2026. Rates on record run up to $5.00 per GB on other plans, so check which tier applies to you. Change either field to estimate your own monthly cost.
A derived calculation from your inputs, not a quote. Bandwidth pricing often falls at higher commitment tiers, and overage is billed separately by most providers — confirm on the provider's own order page before committing.
Exit availability, targeting granularity, physical PoP location and observed test matches are recorded separately. A global pool claim is never shown as country-specific supply.

Ratings are unverified accounts from visitors, kept separate from the evidence on the rest of this page and from the ProxyMojo Score. One rating per person. Comments are read before they appear, and a rating found to have been planted is removed rather than quietly discounted.
