QuantumProxies sells four proxy types across five product lines: two residential tiers, mobile 4G/5G, static ISP and datacentre. Everything except the ISP line bills by traffic; ISP addresses are sold per IP per month. The provider states a pool of 90M+ residential IPs and 500k+ mobile IPs, and quotes different coverage for each network: 200+ countries for residential, 100+ for datacentre and 25 for ISP. The ISP figure is the only one backed by a published list, which is why this directory holds 25 countries for the provider rather than the larger headline.
All of the following is what the provider says about itself, read from its own pages on 17 September 2026. Protocol support is HTTP and SOCKS5, with authentication by user:pass or IP whitelist; datacentre plans are limited to 1 whitelisted IP. Sessions can be rotating or sticky. Targeting reaches country, state, city and ISP level, and the provider states that none of it carries a surcharge, which is not universal in this market. Concurrent sessions are described as unlimited. A 99.9% uptime SLA is advertised; this directory has not verified it and the terms behind the word SLA are not on record. Traffic is valid for 30 days on most plans and 90 days on the largest. Payment is by PayPal, card and crypto. A free Chrome extension is offered for connecting without manual setup. The free trial is specific and modest: 100 MB of Residential Basic traffic for 5 days, no card required, unlocked by SMS verification and limited to one per person. Not on record: any statement of where the residential and mobile IPs are sourced, a refund policy, named support channels and hours, and country lists for the residential, mobile and datacentre networks.
Entry prices vary a good deal by line. Datacentre is USD 0.8 per GB on a 10 GB trial plan at $8. Residential Basic is USD 1 per GB. The main residential line starts at USD 4 per GB on a 1 GB plan, and mobile at USD 5 per GB, also on 1 GB. Those four share a unit and can be compared as numbers. ISP proxies are USD 3.8 per IP on orders of 1 to 10 IPs, which is a different unit and should not be set against the per-GB figures. The provider publishes lower per-GB rates on larger plans, so the entry prices above are the most a buyer would pay per gigabyte, not the least. On its cheapest per-GB line, QuantumProxies is cheaper than 76% of the 30 providers in this directory that also bill per GB.
This fits buyers who want several proxy types under one account and who value small entry plans: a 1 GB residential or mobile plan is a low-commitment way to test a target before buying volume. Free city and ISP targeting suits localised scraping, ad verification and rank tracking. The static ISP line, with its published list of 25 countries, suits account work that needs a fixed address in a named country. It is a weaker fit for buyers who need documented IP sourcing for compliance reasons, a written refund policy, or support commitments before purchase, because none of those are on record. Anyone relying on the 200+ country claim for a specific market should confirm that market first.
Ask how the residential and mobile IPs are sourced and whether end users have consented, since sourcing is not documented. Request the country lists behind the 200+ and 100+ figures. Ask what the 99.9% SLA actually commits the provider to, and what remedy applies if it is missed. Confirm the refund terms on unused traffic. Check whether the 1 whitelisted IP limit on datacentre plans can be raised, and what the difference is in practice between Residential Basic and the main residential line beyond price, because the record does not explain it.
This assessment is editorial analysis of the sourced facts recorded on this page. Specifications, pricing and coverage are provider-stated and dated in the panels above. No controlled performance test has been run against this provider.
A derived score covering how well documented, how competitively priced, how widely available and how recently checked this provider is. It is not a speed test and not a user rating — both of those appear separately, and neither is invented when it is missing.
7 of 12 key specifications documented with a source and a date.
A provider that publishes its own specifications can be held to them. One that does not is asking to be taken on trust.
USD 0.80 per GB — cheaper than 76% of the 30 providers billing in this unit.
Compared only against providers billing in the same unit, so a per-GB rate is never ranked against a per-IP one.
25 countries on record.
Counted from the countries the provider lists. Weighted so the difference between a handful and dozens counts for more than the difference between many and slightly more.
Sells datacentre, isp, mobile, residential.
One account covering several proxy types is worth something when a job turns out to need a different one.
Last checked against the provider's own pages 1 month ago.
Proxy pricing and pool claims change without notice, so an old check is worth less than a recent one.
No part of this score is influenced by affiliate commission.
